The short answer

Two things are collected here: whatever you type into the enquiry form, and cookieless measurement of which pages get visited. This site sets no cookies at all, runs no advertising trackers, and never sells anything to anybody. Your IP address is never stored, only a shortened one way hash of it. If you want your enquiry deleted, email info@mindscopesolutionsfzc.com and it will be.

Who is responsible for your data

Autonomous Studio is a brand of MindScope Solutions FZC, a free zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates. That company is the data controller and the organisation you are dealing with.

What the enquiry form collects

When you send an enquiry, the form collects:

  • Your name and email address. Both are required, because without them there is no way to reply.
  • Your phone number, your type of business, and the budget range you picked. All three are optional and the form works without them.
  • Your message. Whatever you choose to write.
  • How you arrived. The page you first landed on, the site you came from if it was an external one, and any campaign tags that were on that first link.

That last item exists to answer one question: which page produced the enquiry. It is not used to build a profile of you.

What happens to it

The enquiry is written to a leads database, then a notification email is sent to info@mindscopesolutionsfzc.com so that somebody sees it. It is stored first and mailed second, deliberately, so that a mail failure can never lose your enquiry.

It is used to reply to you, to quote for the work, and to keep the ordinary business records that follow from that. It is not added to a mailing list, and you will not receive marketing because you asked a question.

What the analytics collect

This site measures its own traffic rather than handing that job to a third party. There is no Google Analytics tag and no advertising pixel. What gets recorded for a page view is:

  • The path of the page, the page you landed on first, and whether it is your first view of the visit
  • The external site you came from, if any, and any campaign tags on the link
  • Your country, worked out by the hosting network from the connection
  • The width of your browser window, which is how layout problems get found
  • Your browser's user agent string
  • A random visit id, held in the tab's session storage, which is deleted the moment you close the tab
  • A shortened one way hash of your IP address, used only to spot abuse

The IP address itself is never written down. The random visit id is not a cookie, does not survive the tab closing, and cannot follow you to any other website.

Cookies

This site sets none. That is the whole section, and it is why there is no cookie banner asking you to accept anything.

Who else can see any of it

Running a website means other companies are involved. Being specific about which ones is more useful than a vague sentence about trusted partners:

  • Vercel hosts the site and serves it, so it handles the connection itself, and measures page speed.
  • Supabase provides the database that enquiries and page views are stored in.
  • Google delivers the notification email through Gmail's servers. Google also serves the fonts this site uses, which means that when your browser downloads a font, Google receives your IP address. Most sites do not tell you that.
  • Resend is a backup mail provider, used only if delivery through Google fails.

Nobody buys this data, and it is not shared for advertising.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to answer you and to keep the business records that follow from a quote or a job. Page view records are kept as traffic statistics.

You do not have to wait for any of that. Ask for deletion and it happens.

Your rights

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to it being held at all. Email info@mindscopesolutionsfzc.com.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have these rights under the UK GDPR and the GDPR, and this site is built to honour them regardless of where the company is registered.
