Who you are dealing with

Autonomous Studio is a brand of MindScope Solutions FZC, a free zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates. Your agreement for any work is with that company, and it is the company that invoices you.

Enquiries, quotes and when work starts

Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything and does not create a contract. Neither does receiving a quote.

Work begins once the scope and the price are agreed in writing between us. Until that point there is nothing to pay and nothing owed.

Prices

The prices published on this site are real, and they are fixed before work begins. If the job turns out to be larger than estimated, that is ours to absorb rather than a change request sent to you.

The exception is you changing your mind about what you asked for. A genuine change to the agreed scope is quoted separately, in writing, before it is built. You will not receive a surprise invoice.

Timescales

A Starter website is delivered in five to seven days, a Business website in seven to ten days, and a Professional website in ten to fourteen days. Larger platforms are scheduled after the first call.

Those clocks run from the point we have what is needed from you. Waiting on text, images, logins or approvals moves the delivery date, and it is the most common reason a build takes longer than the estimate.

Who owns what

You own the finished website. The source is handed over on delivery.

Hosting, domains and third party fees are billed at cost and never marked up. You are told what they are.

You keep ownership of everything you supply, such as your logo, your text and your photographs. By giving them to us you confirm you have the right to use them, which matters most with stock photography and fonts.

Hosting and care plans

Care plans start at thirty pounds a month and cover hosting, SSL, backups, security and updates. They can be cancelled at any time.

Cancelling does not cost you your website. Nothing is held hostage, and the site and its source go with you.

What is not promised

No search ranking is guaranteed, by us or by anybody honest. Search work covers site structure, page speed, structured data, business listings and content, and those are the things that can actually be controlled. Any agency guaranteeing a number one position is selling you something.

Marketing and advertising are never bundled into a build price. They are added only if you ask for them.

Costs charged by other companies

Some costs are not ours and never pass through us. Card processing fees are charged by the payment provider directly. Platform fees, app subscriptions and similar charges are billed by those companies to you.

Where a shop is built for you, you hold your own payment account, so the money from your sales goes to your bank and we never sit between you and your revenue.

Your side of it

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide, for holding the rights to use it, and for using the finished site lawfully. If the work depends on access to something you control, such as a domain registrar or an existing host, that access needs to arrive for the work to proceed.

Liability

Our liability for any claim connected to the work is limited to the amount you have paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, arising from the use of the website.

Nothing here removes any right you have that cannot lawfully be removed.
